In recent years, key steel companies have basically used ferrosilicon nitride as blast furnace plugging mud over 2000m³. The addition of ferrosilicon nitride to the gun clay satisfies the needs of the blast furnace very well, reducing the number of blast furnace taps from 18 to 12 times, and as low as 6 times. Cannon clay consumption is reduced from 1.2kg/ton of iron to 0.5kg/ton of iron. The production process of ferrosilicon nitride uses ferrosilicon as the original weight, and the total weight of qualified products containing 30% nitrogen is 50% (i.e. 30% nitrogen + 2.5% oxygen + 1% binder residue). The calculated aluminum and calcium contents are 1.33% and 1% respectively. The upper limits of aluminum and calcium in the standard are 1.5% and 1%.
